ONE TIME PAYMENT // $900 + HST FOR A FULL DAY

We hold a limited number of Day Rate dates each month for very special people (spoiler alert: it could be you)!

For task overflow, one-off design needs, admin/organizational support, and more.

Up to 8 hours of our undivided attention and energy to power through your to-do list.

All Day Rate bookings include a 45-minute prep call so we can be ready to roll on your big day.

    1. You submit an inquiry and we let you know if your request is a fit for our day rate service.

    2. We select your date and lock it in the calendar, officially. Hooray!

    3. You fill out (in detail!) a Day Rate form to help us capture the details of what you want done, your priorities, etc. 

    4. We schedule a 45-minute call with you ahead of your booked date so we can go over everything we need to make the most of your special day!

    5. When the big day arrives you just get to sit back and relax knowing you have a team of eager beavers making magic happen behind the scenes. All we ask is that you make yourself a little bit available to answer any quick questions that come up while we work!

    6. We wrap up your day with a detailed report of what was done, hand off anything relevant, and send you on your merry way!

  • A lot when you have our undivided attention! We take your big day seriously and strategically plan out how to make the most of our time for you. The more detailed and specific you are in your prep, the more we can get done! 

    Of course, there is a limit to what can get done in one day. We’re only human, so that’s why we ask you to prioritize your requests in order of importance, and we will be realistic with you on our call about what you can expect out of your big special day.
